The article presents a scientifically grounded pedagogical and managerial technology for organizing a sports club within a modern university, tested on the example of the "Dostoevsky" Sports Club of the Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Education "Omsk State University named after F. M. Dostoevsky."

The research aimed to increase the level of involvement of students and the entire university community in physical fitness, health improvement, and mass sports activities through the creation of a sustainable, inclusive, and motivating sports ecosystem.

Methods and organization of research. The study employed methods of comparative analysis, mass surveying, organizational and pedagogical experiment, and systemic and structural-functional modeling. The empirical basis included survey data from 820 respondents from OmSU and 518 from OmSAU. Based on the synthesis of theoretical and methodological approaches by V. G. Afanasyev (systemic), B. S. Gryaznova (pedagogical-technological), S. S. Kovalevsky (decentralized management), and N. D. Novikov (reflexive-cyclic), a structural-functional model of a sports club was developed and implemented, encompassing strategic, tactical, and operational management levels.

The results of research demonstrated a 4.3-fold increase in student engagement, a 667% rise in the proportion of female participants, a reduction in barriers to sports participation (from 59% to 41% due to the "lack of time" factor), improved well-being in 58% of participants, and the formation of a stable corporate sports culture involving faculty, postgraduate students, and staff.

Conclusion. The practical significance of the model is confirmed by its modularity, adaptability to the university's profile, and potential for replication within national projects such as "Education," "Demography," and "Patriotic Education." The proposed technology is recommended for implementation in higher education institutions of various profiles.
