Purpose of the study. Development of an algorithm for the transition to newly adopted federal standards for sports training in a given sport and model additional educational programs for sports training in a given sport developed on their basis for organizations providing sports training.
Methods and organization of the study. The methodology of this study was based on general scientific research methods (analysis and synthesis of regulatory legal acts, scientific and practical documents), as well as special methods of jurisprudence (formal-legal).
Research results and discussion. Sports training is a holistic, continuous, and long-term phenomenon, based on the principles of organizing sports training and the biological laws of sports ontogenesis. Insufficiently prepared and poorly practiced transitions between requirements in the relationships between sports training participants negatively affect athletic performance. This bottleneck, according to the authors, requires refining the mechanism for transferring the established level of interaction between elements of a long-standing sports training system to a new one. Therefore, the algorithm developed during the study for transitioning to newly adopted federal sports training standards not only reduces administrative costs but also facilitates a seamless organization of the educational and training process in line with global trends.
Conclusion. Experts have developed an algorithm for transitioning to newly adopted federal standards for athletic training by sport and model supplementary educational programs for athletic training organizations developed based on them. However, to prevent bureaucratic overhead in developing athletic reserves and create a seamless educational and training process that takes into account the current realities of athletic performance, including on the global stage, the scientists have proposed a number of practical recommendations to the Russian Ministry of Sport.
