Annotation:

The article is devoted to the substantiation and approbation of a specialized methodology of adaptive physical education focused on the correction and development of coordination and speech functions in adolescents with hearing impairment.

The aim of the study is to provide a theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the effectiveness of the developed pedagogical technology.

Methods and organization of the research. The work employs a set of methods: literature analysis, a survey (57 respondents), pedagogical testing, a formative experiment, and statistical processing of quantitative data. The study involved 20 girls aged 12-13 with hearing impairment.

Research results and discussion. The author's methodology is presented, consisting of five interconnected sets of exercises aimed at improving the spatial-temporal parameters of movements, balance, muscle relaxation, as well as speech correction by means of speech therapy rhythmics and musical games. Approbation of the methodology over 9 months has demonstrated its effectiveness.

Conclusion. The integration of health-improving aerobics and speech therapy rhythmics into the process of adaptive physical education contributes to the harmonious development of motor and cognitive functions in children with sensory impairments.
