Цель исследования: обобщить результаты исследований зарубежных авторов о влиянии физической активности на когнитивные способности, связанные с исполнительными функциями, и академическую успеваемость детей младшего школьного возраста, а также проанализировать структуру данной взаимосвязи.
Методы и организация исследования. Был проведен обзор 30 зарубежных научных публикаций за период с 2009 по 2026 годы.
Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. Анализ научной литературы подтверждает положительное влияние физической активности как на исполнительные функции, так и на академическую успеваемость. Данная связь обусловлена нейробиологическими, психосоциальными и поведенческими факторами. Показано, что оптимальной стратегией развития исполнительных функций является комбинированный подход, который включает снижение малоподвижности, увеличение объема общей физической активности и внедрение структурированных программ физического воспитания. Подчеркивается необходимость дальнейших исследований для установления причинно-следственных связей, определения оптимальных типов, интенсивности и продолжительности физической активности, а также для выявления сенситивных периодов развития.
Заключение. В статье представлен теоретический анализ современных зарубежных исследований, посвященных взаимосвязи физической активности, когнитивного развития (через призму исполнительных функций) и академической успеваемости детей младшего школьного возраста.
