ОШИБКИ ВОСПРИЯТИЯ ПРОСТРАНСТВЕННЫХ И ВРЕМЕННЫХ ПАРАМЕТРОВ СЛОЖНЫХ ДВИГАТЕЛЬНЫХ ДЕЙСТВИЙ СПОРТИВНЫМИ ГИМНАСТКАМИ 10-12 ЛЕТ: МЕТААНАЛИЗ (0.47 Mb, pdf) Прочитать

Аннотация:

Цель исследования:на основе метаанализа исследований, опубликованных в зарубежных рецензируемых журналах уровня Q1 и Q2, сформировать классификацию ошибок восприятия пространственных и временных параметров сложных двигательных действий у спортивных гимнасток 10-12 лет.

Методы и организация исследования:Основным методом исследования стал метод метаанализа. В ходе исследования изучали публикации в научных журналах уровня Q1 и Q2 (базы PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science; 2007-2026 гг.). Для количественной валидизации выделенных типов ошибок использован метаанализ со случайными эффектами (стандартизированная средняя разность Хеджеса, g), оценкой гетерогенности (I2) и анализом подгрупп.

Результаты исследования и их обсуждение:Предложена классификация, включающая в себя четыре группы причин ошибок (временные, пространственные, кинестетические, когнитивные), позволяющая выделить 13 специфических видов ошибок. Количественный синтез (N эффектов > 40) показал, что выраженность ошибок детерминирована возрастом и модальностью сенсорного сигнала. Так, например, ошибки временной сложности и изохронности нивелируются к 9-10 годам, тогда как ошибки связанные с распределением когнитивных ресурсов (внимания, памяти, мышления), требуют экспоненциально больших затрат у детей младшего школьного возраста.

Заключение: Знание ошибок и причин их возникновения является педагогическим инструментом для моторного обучения и совершенствования двигательных действий у гимнасток в возрасте 10-12 лет.
