The purpose of the research is to identify key factors influencing the success of the organization of events at the equestrian center. The objective of the study is to develop recommendations for improving the organization of events to increase the competitiveness and development of the center.

Methods and organization of the research. The study was conducted at the Maxima Park equestrian center in the period from 2023 to 2024. We have used the following methods: analysis of literary sources on the research problem, survey, questionnaire survey of clients of the equestrian center and the management staff, mathematical processing of the research results.

Results and discussion. In the modern sports industry, equestrian complexes play an important role in promoting physical activity of the population. Considerable attention is paid to the development and innovation of the organization's calendar plan, based on the uniqueness and attractiveness, which is certainly reflected in the progress of equestrian sports.

Conclusion. The conducted research showed the interest of the center's clients in the diversity of the sports events plan, as well as the additional introduction of new services. High competition in the sports and health services market forces management to increase its attention to the diversity and accessibility of events, on the one hand, and to look for opportunities to attract additional investment for development, on the other hand.
